Job Description
Manage and coordinate assigned projects to ensure effective solution design and smooth execution.
Contribute to enterprise architecture planning and support long-term technology strategies.
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and application-related solutions.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for application support and system maintenance activities.
Share knowledge on new technologies, tools, and implementations within the team to support continuous learning.
Monitor application stability and ensure operational controls are effectively maintained, including incident management through ServiceNow and ERP platforms.
Maintain strong communication and collaboration with customers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with agreed service levels and conduct regular stakeholder reviews for performance tracking.
Implement and maintain backup and data retention strategies to minimize business impact during system failures or outages.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure minimal system downtime by reducing Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) through efficient issue resolution and troubleshooting practices.
Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve system stability and increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
Maintain compliance with organizational security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Recommend and implement software or hardware improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Handle critical operational and administrative decisions to ensure smooth execution of daily activities and achievement of business objectives.
Review operational goals and contribute to the development, modification, and execution of policies that support both departmental and organizational success.
Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, work plans, and defined performance targets.
Support enterprise architecture initiatives through strategic planning and technology development activities.
Collaborate with EIS teams to strengthen the organizational knowledge base and ensure support teams are trained on newly implemented and updated solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Around 6 months to 1 year of relevant industry experience is preferred.
