Job Description
Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
In this role, you will work with databases by executing queries, handling CRUD operations, and developing stored procedures. You will also be involved in testing activities, resolving service requests, and using IT Service Management and data analytics tools while contributing innovative ideas.
2. Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
You will support and manage IT infrastructure across multiple environments, ensuring smooth system operations. This includes monitoring servers, handling incidents, and supporting various technology domains such as cloud, networks, and databases.
3. Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
This role focuses on providing end-user IT support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of systems, and maintaining high service quality for clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Deliver initial technical support to users by resolving IT-related concerns and queries
Record, monitor, and manage support tickets with proper documentation and timely updates
Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues to ensure minimal disruption
Coordinate with specialized IT teams for resolving advanced or escalated issues
Create and update knowledge base content to improve self-help resources and efficiency
2. Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
Execute tasks as per standard operating procedures and understand their business impact
Ensure compliance with client security policies and organizational standards
Maintain professional communication aligned with client expectations
Meet defined productivity and performance benchmarks
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing and team learning sessions
Assist and guide new team members during onboarding
Follow company policies, timelines, and security guidelines consistently
Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
Offer primary technical support to users for IT-related issues and requests
Log, track, and resolve support tickets efficiently with proper documentation
Identify and troubleshoot system, software, and hardware issues
Escalate complex problems to relevant teams for quicker resolution
Maintain and improve documentation and knowledge resources for better support delivery

Eligibility Criteria
1. IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Applicants must be from the 2024 or 2025 graduating batch with a 3-year undergraduate degree such as BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or related fields)
A minimum of 60% marks is required across all academics (10th, 12th, Diploma, and UG); percentages cannot be rounded up (e.g., 59.9% is not acceptable)
Candidates should maintain a consistent academic performance of at least 60% throughout their education
At the time of onboarding, candidates must have completed their UG degree with at least 60% overall and no active backlogs
CGPA will be converted to percentage as per the respective university guidelines
Willingness to work from any company office location, across different shifts and technologies, is required
Open to Indian citizens and OCI candidates currently residing in India
2. Analyst Trainee (Multicloud)
Candidates from the 2024 or 2025 batch with any 3-year undergraduate degree (such as BCA, B.Sc., BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, etc.) are eligible
A minimum of 50% marks is required in academics, without rounding off (49.9% will not be considered)
Candidates must not have any active or pending backlogs
Should be open to working from any office location, in flexible shifts, and across different technologies
Open to Indian nationals and OCI candidates residing in India
3. Digital Workplace Services
Open to 2024 or 2025 graduates from any 3-year undergraduate program (BCA, B.Sc., BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, etc.)
Minimum 50% academic score is required, with no rounding off allowed
Candidates with any current arrears are not eligible
Must be flexible to work in any location, shift, or technology as per business requirements
