Job Description
Deliver second-level support for complex issues in production environments across applications, APIs, databases, and operating systems
Investigate and resolve problems through log analysis, code review, and system-level debugging
Handle and manage production support tickets across multiple products and services
Build scripts or lightweight tools to streamline and automate repetitive support activities
Partner with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
Maintain SLA commitments while ensuring a high standard of customer support
Prepare and update technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base content
