Job Description
The NOCC team is responsible for continuous monitoring, management, and maintenance of the platform infrastructure
Operations run 24/7, supported by skilled Platform Operations Engineers across multiple global locations
Dedicated command centers are strategically located in Bangalore, Cambridge, and Kraków
These centers work together to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of the network worldwide
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain a massive infrastructure environment consisting of hundreds of thousands of Linux servers along with thousands of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network devices
Continuously monitor systems and respond to hardware, software, OS, and network alerts within defined SLA timelines
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues involving global ISPs, including latency, packet loss, filtering, and routing challenges
Evaluate network performance metrics and traffic trends to proactively identify irregularities
Troubleshoot and fix issues related to network switches, including upgrades, STP inconsistencies, VLAN configurations, and hardware faults
Handle router-related issues such as port failures, configuration errors, BGP peering problems, and routing policy updates
Support and resolve issues within large-scale distributed network infrastructures and backbone systems
Ensure 24/7 operational stability in a fully on-site, night shift role (no remote work option)

Eligibility Criteria
6+ Months of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
