SYSTEMS-ADMINISTRATOR--TECHNOLOGY-SERVICES

The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) team is responsible for overseeing asset management across the organization. The team supports a diverse enterprise environment, handling a wide range of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, peripherals, consumables, network devices, AV equipment, and server infrastructure based on business needs. Asset Management, as a key function within the ADE team, focuses on providing end-to-end support for physical assets used by employees. This includes tracking, allocation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of assets using globally standardized tools and applications.

Manage daily records for asset inflow, outflow, and stock levels. Review and process vendor invoices to ensure timely payments. Track and update AMC and warranty details for all IT assets. Handle allocation of laptops and devices for new hires and loan requirements, including shipment tracking. Manage return logistics for employee exit assets, ensuring proper tracking and closure. Maintain accurate asset allocation records in ITAM systems (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, network and AV equipment, servers, etc.). Update inventory regularly based on asset allocation and movement. Fulfill hardware and asset movement requests following defined procedures. Coordinate with internal IT teams for hardware needs and asset transfers. Generate monthly reports on hardware failures based on daily checks. Perform weekly inventory validation using asset checklists. Ensure timely repair of faulty assets by working with relevant vendors or support teams. Identify end-of-life (EOL) assets proactively and plan replacements. Support internal and external audits in line with defined processes and FAR guidelines. Prepare and share asset-related reports with IT teams and leadership.
