š Customer Onboarding & Technical Enablement
Act as the primary technical contact for new customers after the sales phase. Lead discovery discussions to understand their requirements and design customized onboarding plans that help them achieve quick results. Ensure a seamless transition into implementation while establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
š Driving Product Adoption & Value Realization
Work closely with customers to speed up product adoption and deliver faster outcomes. Identify gaps in usage, showcase key features, and guide customers with tailored success strategies. Highlight opportunities for expansion and advanced use cases that maximize the value of the platform. Track and improve key technical metrics such as time-to-production, feature adoption, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
ā” High-Impact Technical Support & Issue Resolution
Provide timely and effective support for critical, business-impacting issues across the Salesforce ecosystem. Troubleshoot complex challenges including integrations, APIs, and AI-driven solutions (like Agentforce). Quickly identify root causes, manage escalations, and maintain clear communication throughout the resolution process to ensure a smooth customer experience.
š ļø Best Practices, Architecture & Continuous Improvement
Guide customers in adopting strong engineering practices, focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability. Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and architecture recommendations. Identify recurring challenges across customers and convert them into actionable insights for product and engineering teams, helping improve overall platform experience and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Solid foundation in Computer Science or a related engineering field, with a strong understanding of core technical concepts.
Hands-on experience with Java programming, including the ability to analyze, debug, and resolve issues in applications efficiently. Proven track record of troubleshooting code and improving system performance.
Capable of simplifying complex technical concepts and communicating them clearly to non-technical stakeholders, while aligning solutions with business objectives.
Experienced in collaborating across teams and organizational levels to ensure alignment and successful execution. Strong communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on delivering results quickly. Takes ownership of tasks and ensures timely completion.
Adopts a customer-first approach, building trusted relationships and acting as a reliable advisor through a consultative style of engagement.
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively, work under pressure, and collaborate seamlessly within team environments.
