Job Description

Good knowledge of SQL Server and core relational database concepts. Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or other IaaS environments. Familiar with fundamental networking concepts and common terminologies. Proficient in using standard software tools including MS Office, Adobe applications, and various Windows operating systems. Strong soft skills including effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, creativity, interpersonal abilities, and time management. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or possesses equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients using Construction ERP systems in a client-server environment. Assist users with system administration, configuration, and service-related activities. Support software installation, upgrades, and data migration processes. Accurately record and track customer issues and feedback to help development teams analyze and resolve defects. Create and maintain knowledge base articles outlining troubleshooting steps and solutions for recurring issues. Adhere to established procedures for issue resolution, escalation, and coordination with third-party hosting providers.
