Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 production support for cloud-based data platforms and analytics environments
Monitor and maintain data pipelines and workflows across platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI
Support business-critical applications in a 24Γ7 rotational shift environment
Track production jobs, identify failures, and ensure timely issue resolution to maintain system stability
Perform incident assessment, prioritization, and basic troubleshooting for production-related issues
Follow operational runbooks and recovery procedures to restore services with minimal downtime
Maintain accurate incident documentation, ticket updates, and status communication with stakeholder
Coordinate with Level 2 support teams by providing detailed diagnostic information for unresolved incidents
Assist in improving monitoring processes, operational efficiency, and support documentation
Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and operational support standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and platform reliability
