Job Description
Provide technical assistance to both customers and internal stakeholders, managing daily service requests efficiently.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to software applications and systems.
Create clear documentation of solutions and effectively communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in processes.
Work closely with development teams to identify, report, and help fix software defects.
Ensure all software systems are regularly updated and operating smoothly.
Support product development activities during testing phases, releases, and post-release (hyper-care) periods.
Ensure adherence to all relevant internal policies, external regulations, and operational guidelines.
Demonstrate commitment to core organizational values such as safety and integrity by taking ownership of tasks and supporting team members and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end technical support for applications built on .NET Core, Web API, and C#. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues raised by users or clients within SLA timelines.
Develop, maintain, and enhance existing applications using .NET Core, C#, and Web API. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Design, write, and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and indexes. Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, and database maintenance.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in computer science or re lasted field.
