Accenture hires freshers at massive scale (tens of thousands per year in India). The primary entry-level role is:

Associate Software Engineer (ASE)

Interview Process

Test → Technical → HR

Online Test (Cognitive + Technical + Communication)

The main elimination round. Usually 60–70% of candidates are filtered here. Strong communication score is critical.

Technical Interview

Core CS concepts, OOPs, DBMS, project discussion, and possibly 1–2 coding questions. Duration: 30–45 minutes.

HR Interview

Background verification questions, career aspirations, willingness to work in any domain/location, and compensation discussion.
