HCL visits Tier 1 and 2 colleges for bulk hiring. Students sit for a combined Aptitude + Coding test followed by Technical and HR rounds.
💻 Off-Campus (Tech Bee & Fresher)
HCL announces Fresher hiring drives on Naukri, their website, and LinkedIn. Applications are open to any eligible B.Tech/BCA/MCA graduate.

Technical Interview (Round 1)

Technical Interview (Round 2 — for senior roles)

HR Interview
