- Bring extra copies of your resume and a notebook for notes.
- Show enthusiasm through tone, body language, and active listening.
Online Interview
- Test internet, webcam, and microphone at least 30 minutes before the interview.
- Choose a quiet, well-lit space with a neutral background.
- Position your camera at eye level for natural engagement.
- Dress professionally from head to toe, not just the visible part.
- Look into the camera when speaking to simulate eye contact.
- Silence notifications and minimize distractions around you.
- Have a backup plan ready (phone hotspot or alternate device).
- Speak clearly, pause slightly to account for audio delays, and stay calm if technical issues occur.
After Any Interview
- Reflect on what went well and areas for improvement.
- Send a thank-you email within 24 hours, reiterating your interest in the role.
- Highlight one key strength or skill that matches the job.
- Stay patient and professional while awaiting feedback.
