* Lead and coordinate technical initiatives to support business and operational goals. * Develop, review, and improve internal processes, procedures, and best practices. * Investigate technical and operational challenges to determine underlying causes and implement effective solutions. * Provide remote technical assistance and support to users across multiple locations. * Visit customer or business sites within the assigned region when on-site support is required. * Drive continuous improvements to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and user experience. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality technical support.
