Technical Support Engineering Apprentice

This apprenticeship is designed for students who are expected to graduate in 2026. Applicants should have no active academic backlogs and should not have held a full-time job before joining the program. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship should ensure they meet the required waiting period before applying. As a Technical Support Engineering Apprentice, you'll receive practical training on technical support concepts, Microsoft technologies, and customer service best practices. You'll gain hands-on experience identifying and resolving technical issues across software, hardware, networking, and system environments while working with experienced engineering teams. Throughout the 12-month apprenticeship, you'll build valuable skills in troubleshooting, incident management, communication, and problem-solving. You'll collaborate with professionals on real-world projects, learn modern support processes, and develop the confidence needed for a career in technical support

Handle IT support requests and record incidents accurately. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Follow SLA guidelines to ensure timely issue resolution. Gather information from users to identify and troubleshoot technical problems. Install, configure, and maintain business applications and productivity tools. Provide remote technical assistance to customers and internal users. Use internal knowledge bases to find solutions and best practices. Monitor support tickets and escalate complex issues when required. Keep up with new technologies, tools, and support processes. Communicate professionally while promoting an inclusive and respectful support experience.
