Application Support and Monitoring Engineer

Application Support & Monitoring Engineer with expertise in Dynatrace and ServiceNow, responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of production applications. Proactively monitor application health, investigate production issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely incident resolution while maintaining high service reliability.

Monitor application performance and infrastructure health using Dynatrace dashboards. Handle the complete incident management process through ServiceNow, including ticket creation, tracking, and closure. Analyze incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and identify root causes. Coordinate and manage critical P1/P2 incidents, including leading bridge calls with stakeholders. Validate application functionality and system health after deployments. Work closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently. Serve as the primary L1/L2 escalation point for high-priority production incidents. Implement preventive measures and permanent fixes to reduce recurring issues. Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides while driving continuous service improvements.

Location: Bangalore Experience: 0–2 years Work Schedule: 24×7 rotational shifts with a 5-day work week in an Onsite Development Center (ODC) environment. Work Mode: Onsite (No Hybrid) Primary Role: Provide L1/L2 production support by monitoring applications, handling incidents, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring system availability and operational stability.
