Job Description
Candidates should have a solid understanding of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), preferably Workday, to support daily HR operations and employee data processes. Success in this role requires applying client-specific policies while managing HR transactions accurately and efficiently. A strong understanding of end-to-end HR workflows helps in identifying process dependencies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving operational issues. The role also involves adapting to process changes, maintaining data quality, and participating in system validation or testing activities when required to ensure smooth and reliable HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Process complex HR transactions by validating employee eligibility and reviewing supporting documentation.
Generate, analyze, and reconcile HR reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Respond to employee and stakeholder queries related to compensation processes, policies, and payroll-related activities.
Support internal audits and compliance reviews by preparing required reports and documentation.
Follow established company policies, procedures, and quality standards while handling HR operations.
Deliver HR services within agreed service level targets (SLAs), ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Investigate operational issues raised by the support or contact center and provide appropriate resolutions based on organizational guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve process efficiency and maintain high-quality HR service delivery.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and comply with all applicable data privacy and security requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold a bachelor's or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution. An MBA with a specialization in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
