Work with team members to analyze technical challenges and develop practical, effective solutions. Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support software maintenance, enhancements, and future development. Partner with developers, testers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and assist in designing reliable software solutions. Participate in peer code reviews, share feedback, and follow coding standards to improve software quality and maintainability. Assist in executing test cases, troubleshoot reported issues, and resolve software defects to ensure stable application performance. Develop, enhance, and maintain Java applications using established coding standards and best practices. Monitor application performance and recommend improvements for efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Stay informed about new Java technologies, frameworks, and development tools to support continuous improvement.
