Technical Support Intern

During the internship, you will gain practical exposure to application scheduling and production monitoring activities. You will have the opportunity to observe experienced professionals as they manage applications, monitor system performance, and carry out routine operational activities. The internship is designed to help you develop an understanding of production support, application administration, monitoring, and day-to-day IT operations in a professional environment. Shift Flexibility: Candidates should be comfortable working in different shifts as required during the internship.

Assist in application monitoring, including tracking application health, identifying incidents, analyzing technical issues, and performing basic troubleshooting. Develop an understanding of production support operations, handling low-to-medium complexity technical issues based on the application’s functionality, architecture, and underlying technologies. Gain practical experience in application scheduling and production environment monitoring to ensure smooth and reliable operations. Support the administration and maintenance of application services, including routine operational activities. Perform configuration and setup-related tasks that do not require changes to application source code. Work alongside experienced consultants to understand incident management, troubleshooting, operational procedures, and production support best practices.

Applicants should hold a B.Sc. or BCA degree completed through a minimum of 12 years of schooling followed by 3 years of higher education. Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks consistently in 10th, 12th, and their undergraduate degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective interpersonal abilities are required. Candidates should be willing to take on challenging assignments and demonstrate a positive approach toward learning and problem-solving.
