Act as the primary point of contact during production incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and coordinating issue resolution. Analyze system health metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve application availability and operational efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing observability, automation, and incident response processes.
