Production Support

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer (L3) to maintain the stability and performance of enterprise applications. In this role, you will monitor production systems, investigate and resolve complex technical issues, perform platform administration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable business operations. You will also contribute to process improvements and help enhance overall application availability and user experience.

Provide Level 3 technical support for business-critical applications. Monitor application health and respond to production incidents. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and system issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues efficiently. Manage application configurations, deployments, and platform administration tasks. Ensure incidents and service requests are handled within agreed SLAs. Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures. Support application upgrades, releases, and maintenance activities. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance when required. Communicate technical updates and issue status to stakeholders.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Application Support, Production Support, Platform Operations, or similar enterprise application support roles.
